VIVE® MED SPA RETURN POLICY
Vive® Med Spa strives to ensure each valued client enjoys an excellent “Vive® Experience” with exceptional results every time they visit the Vive® Shop or the Vive® Med Spa Clinic. If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased online with us at the Vive® Shop, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items purchased at the Vive® Shop may be returned to the Vive® Shop or in person at the Vive® Med Spa Clinic.
To be eligible for a return you must satisfy the following requirements:
- Item(s) must be in its original packaging with all parts and promotional items (e.g. gift with purchase)
- The original receipt or a copy of the original receipt must accompany the returned items
- Item(s) must not be altered or damaged
- Obtain authorization from Vive® Med Spa and receive a Return Authorization number (RA #). Please note any returns sent to us without an RA # clearly identified on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
- Must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
To complete your return to the Vive® Shop, please follow these steps.
- Review the entire returns policy
- If you meet the eligibility requirements, email the Vive® Shop at email@example.com and provide your Order #. An RA # will be generated and provided to you by email.
- Carefully package all returned item(s) in their original packaging
- Clearly indicate the RA# on the outside of your return package
- Ship your returned item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date to:

Please allow up 2 weeks to process your return and refund to the original payment method.
To complete your return to the Vive® Med Spa Clinic, please follow these steps:
- Review the entire returns policy
- If you meet the eligibility requirements, email the Vive® Shop at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number. Let us know you will return the items to the Vive® Rejuvenation Clinic at 215, 366 Aspen Glen Landing SW, Calgary, AB, T#H 0N5.
- Carefully package all returned items(s) in their original packaging
- Bring packaged items to the Vive® Med Spa Clinic with original receipt of purchase.
Customers are responsible to pay for return shipment charges. Vive® Med Spa is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. To ensure that we receive the package we recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Items that are received damaged from transit are eligible for return providing that Vive® Med Spa Customer Care is advised within 2 days of receiving the damaged items. Email email@example.com for further instructions.
Shipping & Handling fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit. All other Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that all returns are subject to our review and we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment. We may also deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the Return Policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer upon request and at customer’s expense.
If your return is approved, then a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days or more.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Vive® Med Spa reserves the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time.
