VIVE® REJUVENATION SHIPPING POLICY
Vive Rejuvenation offers responsive and reliable shipping options within Western Canada. Please note we primarily ship within Alberta, and secondarily to British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. We do not ship to provinces east of Manitoba, to the United States, or anywhere else outside of Western Canada.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 48 business hours however please allow up to 3 business days to process your orders during peak times. Shipping transit times are over and above order processing times.
Confirmations (Order & Shipping)
All shipping options have tracking numbers for live tracing. At the time of placing your order with us you will receive an "Order Confirmation" by email confirming reception of your order. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will also receive a "Shipping Confirmation" by email providing you with your shipment tracking number.
Prices listed on Vive® Rejuvenation’s Vive® Shop website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and all orders are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Depending on where you are making your purchases, the prices will be converted on your credit card statement to your home currency based on your credit card’s exchange rate at the time of the purchase. All provincial and federal taxes will be added to your purchase.
Contact Vive® Shop Customer Care directly at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of receipt to advise of any shipping discrepancies (incorrect item received, missing item, damage). Vive Rejuvenation is not responsible for any discrepancies reported after 3 days of receipt.
Please note that shipping charges (and returns charges if applicable) are non-refundable. You will still be charged the shipping fees and any return fees if you refuse the items at the time of delivery.
Unclaimed Packages / Wrong Address Provided
Please note that any unclaimed shipments, refused shipments or returned packages due to wrong address provided are subject to the return shipping costs plus the original shipping charge that was paid by Vive® Rejuvenation to send the package. If the shipping costs were originally paid by the customer, only the return shipping costs and any fees associated with the unclaimed or refused shipment will be charged to the customer. Please double check that your “shipping address” is correct to avoid incurring this fee. We will contact you if your unclaimed package is returned to us.
